The Design/Build team is comprised of the owner, architect, engineer, and
Sigmon Construction. From the start, the team is constantly in sync with
your project--evaluating all types of alternatives to assure the owner’s
goals and budgets are met. The owner supplies the functional needs, detailed
appearance, and budget for the project. Sigmon Construction provides a preliminary
design and establishes the building cost at the earliest stage before detailed
