Design/Build From Concept to Completion. The Design/Build team is comprised of the owner, architect, engineer, and Sigmon Construction. From the start, the team is constantly in sync with your project--evaluating all types of alternatives to assure the owner’s goals and budgets are met. Sigmon Construction provides a preliminary design and establishes the building cost at the earliest stage before detailed plans and specifications are drawn.
